GUERILLA MARKETING

The book Guerilla Marketing by Jay Conrad Levinson has been an inspiration. Attempting to compete with the big guns of the travel industry on a small budget is a constant uphill struggle. Knowing what a great experience Wild Earth Adventures can offer is one thing but trying to get that message out is another. I love the challenge and can relate to the call to guerilla tactics laid out so well in this book. It is comforting to realise that it is possible to succeed without having to spend the big bucks...and it seems that I have naturally been employing the guerilla tactics. This blog as well as Facebook and are two ways of using modern technology in getting the message out about Wild Earth Adventures without having to break the bank. The Wild Earth Adventures group on Facebook is a chance to see some great images and get updated on new events and trips as well as network with likeminded travellers and even posting their own images - perhaps even organise your own group for one of the advetures in 2008.
